Like the previous commentor I also believe that prayer needs to be the life blood of our Corps life and at the core of our ministry. We must seek God's guidance in everything we do otherwise it becomes self glorifying instead of God glorifying. That without prayer flowing in our corps we have no life, that the prayer-lifeblood carries power and healing and nourishment as you have stated for our physical bodies, so it is for our spiritual body(so to speak) I think its a real encouragement to be reminded that without our blood flowing we are simply, dead... and the same without prayer in our corps...it is myhope that more Christians will be alive in church by being part of corporate prayer.

bless you today Commish.

GaryAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27358564.post-53263754298669051622008-06-25T22:01:00.000+10:002008-06-25T22:01:00.000+10:00Your thoughts are always expressed with such conci...Your thoughts are always expressed with such concise depth and persuasive faith. Thank you for your continued ministry! I don't comment all the time, but I read all of your posts and am always encouraged.

It is a privilege to be able to get to know different corps, soldiers, heros, collegues and locations through your brief updates. It is apparent that people are very important to you.
Your heros always expose values you honor and praise - you are a positive person with encouragement at your core.

It is inspirational to know that the people around you are made stronger by your continual positive encouragement.

Continue to be a spiritual stamina builder for your leaders and soldiers.

It is also fantastic to know that there is another day - you meet tomorrow before we do, and it is reassuring to know that there is another day given as a gift from God.

We continue to pray for you and the ministry you share with so many devoted and inspired Christians. Praise God from whom all blessings flow.jsihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13365839524389378815noreply@blogger.com
