As the territory moves forward in the name of God, I get a strong sense that in a number of areas, we need to be cautious. Because we are stepping out in faith, there is the present storm that is confronting us with the real potential to distract us in the process. Don't let it happen.
Faith is a most positive approach to life. Where there is negativity (not to be mistaken by reality), there is diminishing faith. Watch for it and know that could threaten the good work in Christ you are doing.
Take every confidence in God. Know that Christ has already won the victory over evil. Avoid being blindsided by the possibilities of failure. Following God will always lead you right.
Ephesians 5:2 (MSG)
2 Mostly what God does is love you. Keep company with him and learn a life of love. Observe how Christ loved us. His love was not cautious but extravagant. He didn't love in order to get something from us but to give everything of himself to us. Love like that.

Thanks for your words of wisdom. The fear of failure has really been getting me down of late, when really all I want to be doing is stepping out in faith. Even if it is cautious faith.
I get what you are saying but I'm not sure cautious is the right word As I read this I was thinking of satan prowling like a hungry Lion ready to pounce. Perhaps aware and prepared In times of negativity I have used this werse Nahun 2:1 "Your enemy is coming to crush you, Nineveh.
Man the ramparts! Watch the roads!
Prepare your defenses! Call out your forces!"
An Army has great defense mechanisms as well as attack strategies

It is easy to be drawn in to the negativity. How often do we hear even our own people put our churches down.
I am tired of it, and now take a stand. I am tired of being pushed aorund by other people's negativity (and my own).
Enough. Let's get on with being the people of God. A chosen people, a royal priesthood, the body of Christ.
Cautious - yes. Let's not think our caution will prevent us from spiritual warfare. In today's age (and the age to come) we will need to fight an even more crafty battle - with wit, wisdom, and great thought. Always remembering that the battle is the Lord's. Let's commit everyone and everything to Him, and get on with it.
