This meeting occurred as Commissioning weekend began. I didn't want to leave it out of the mix. Both Dr. Paul Bernie of the Melbourne College of Divinity and Captain Stephen Court, Training Principal gave messages that were well received and consequential. The meeting was held at the City Temple on Bourke Street and the guest musicians were the Waverley Temple Youth Band.
Everything went quite well as the Cadets were issued their Officers' Training Completion Certificates. It was a joy to hold the event in that particular hall. For many years it was the center of Territorial activity. Hopefully, we can use it once in a while going forward. It does get plenty of everyday use by the 614 Corps on the premises. Hallelujah!
