We have a deep commitment to the Aboriginal Peoples in this territory. Since the beginning of the 'Army' here, there has been a conscientious effort to connect and embrace Aboriginal Peoples as children of God.
While I don't know enough about our history to make bold claims about amazing achievements, I do know enough to be convinced we simply need to walk together. On the basis of respect and equality we may be able to better share the grace of our Lord. He loves every person of every culture and bids us follow His example. It shouldn't be so hard.
