The ALTC began today. This is where IHQ appoints six officers from around the world to spend six weeks in our territory (with a short stint in the Eastern Territory) learning about leadership. Commissioners Brian and Carolyn Morgan have organised the course and are giving beautiful servant leadership.
Three delegates are from Korea and the rest are from Sri Lanka and Tanzania. Each one will not only focus upon developing their leader skills and deposit grace among us in the process. Thank you, Lord for each one of them.
1 Peter 5:1 (MSG)
1 I have a special concern for you church leaders. I know what it's like to be a leader, in on Christ's sufferings as well as the coming glory.

I'll make a comment on this one. We had a group of these officers at our corps some time ago. It is always a thrill to see salvationists from other countries and to note how "at home" we feel together. The SA has a language of its own that all salvationists know and understand. It is good that the Morgan's have been willing to do this "extra" service in assisting in the strengthening of our overseas leaders. God bless them all.
