What's your passion?

There was no lack of passion in the Wider Cabinet tonight, where Carolyn gave a few people the opportunity to share their passion. Soul winning and reaching out to people with the gospel headed up the list.

What's your passion? Do you have a constructive outlet? Does it involve God?

Let your faith be passionate and enjoy the excitement of following God with energy.

Luke 10:27 (MSG)
27 He said, "That you love the Lord your God with all your passion and prayer and muscle and intelligence—and that you love your neighbor as well as you do yourself."

I'm passionate about being God's soldier...His mighty warrior to prove.

It's easy to worship but hard to work for the Lord.

I'm passionate today about community. This past weekend saw 70 attending the Montclair, NJ ski trip -- in Christian community! Snow . . . friends . . .exercise and Glory to God for His goodness that I can see in His Creation. Really . . . wider cabinet ?

I'm passionate about winning souls for Christ.

I want to get out there and be a warrior for Him and praise Him all the Way.

Let's turn the World upside down.

Wow. I'm Excited

Fantastic

God Bless

Jim,

I'm passionate about the two boxes of Girl Scout cookies (chocolate covered thin mints) that are staring at me on my desk!

It's challenging to think about that question. Because we live in an affluent society it is usually easy for us to pursue passions that have the potential to divert us from our Christian vocation. It would be interesting to ask the same question of Christians in places like Cambodia, Pakistan or Palestine.

Hello again. For some reason this question captivated my mind. I had been questioning myself as to whether my passion was what it should have been. I had occasion yesterday to read again an email from Liu, a Chinese man now back in his own country. Liu became a Christian at our corps in 2006 during a twelve months research study in Australia. My eyes lighted
on these words ".. I always can feel the God always with me."
A lump came into my throat and tears into my eyes as I realised the truth about myself. Yes, to know that I had a part in introducing another to Jesus is the geatest joy of my life. I mightn't have recognised it the other day, but I realise it now and wanted to share it with you.
