Knowing God

It's quite difficult to know the truth about God without knowing God. Our relationship with Him is what validates our understanding. An attempt to search the riches of His grace without faith is like thinking you know how to fly from observing a plane from the ground.

As you read this today, trust God and read His Word with belief. Doubt will become your enemy and your greatest distraction. You'll discover that faith in God is the most rational response to His love.

He's ready for you.

1 Thessalonians 1:8 (MSG)
8 The word has gotten around. Your lives are echoing the Master's Word, not only in the provinces but all over the place. The news of your faith in God is out. We don't even have to say anything anymore—you're the message!

I've been reading rich dad poor dad by Robert Kiyosaki, and a few other of his books.

I've never met Robert face to face, however I have an insight into his behaviour, his character, his values, and he has an influcence upon myself in my life.

It is a similar experience to reading the bible and knowing a little of what God is about, and this little bit influences the life of the reader ?
