Changing Seasons

We thank God for the precipitation and treasure how it will nourish the soil and ourselves. I'm amazed how quickly the ground turns the moisture into growth. Fields that were dry and sunburnt almost instantly have become green. It almost makes us forget about the drought that still has a hold on us.

The balance of life is wonderfully made up of these different seasons. I'm not really writing about the weather here. I'm thinking about the different phases of our lives that God gives us to enjoy and prove His righteousness. We can either fight the changes, or go with the flow and enjoy the stream in the name of God.

Isaiah 55:12
"So you'll go out in joy,
you'll be led into a whole and complete life.
The mountains and hills will lead the parade,
bursting with song.
All the trees of the forest will join the procession,
exuberant with applause.
(Mesage)
