New Things

Tonight at St. Kilda Pier we saw Fairy Penguins, a star fish, and a banjo shark. We also recognised friends we know and love. Altogether, it was a good night.

God gives us an abundance of new things and experiences on a regular basis. We need to be aware of what's around us so we can actually see, and in the case of the penguins, hear them.

Thank you, Lord for the fresh experiences in life. We look forward to tomorrow where we can witness the evidence of your love and provision in new things and in new ways. Hallelujah!

Colossians 3:1 (MSG)
1 So if you're serious about living this new resurrection life with Christ, act like it. Pursue the things over which Christ presides.

I'm still amazed at how cute those penguins are.....everyday new things are happening in our lives...our journey with God is new every day and he is showing us a new path to walk....its exciting and a little "mind blowing" at the same time....but he loves us and wants us to follow him and work for him.....cant get more of a fresh experience than that...:}
