CEDA

The Committee for Economic Development of Australia represents a high level group of business and community leaders. This morning in Adelaide we were in attendance with the Premier of South Australia where he and I were given the opportunity to address the crowd. Premier Mike Rann spoke extremely well on the subject of social inclusion and is serving his state and the country well in his role in this regard.

We have a great Salvation Army in South Australia with great leaders, great Advisory Board and an incredible opportunity to serve God by serving people. God wants us all to come together to make a difference in this world. He believes in social inclusion.

2 Corinthians 10:13 (MSG)
13 We aren't making outrageous claims here. We're sticking to the limits of what God has set for us. But there can be no question that those limits reach to and include you.

I used to work at CEDA in Melbourne many years ago! Small world.

150 business people attended the CEDA breakfast in Adelaide.

The feedback without exception was that TC Knaggs made an inspirational, uplifting and inclusive speech regarding the social inclusion challenges faced by the community in South Australia and Australia.

It was very well received and has done a great deal to inspire confidence in the work done by TSA and others working on social inclusion in this state.
