Connecting

Ideas are flowing in as to how we can better connect going forward. We have quite an assortment of suggestions to consider. I'm also hoping that divisions, corps, social programmes and other groups will form to gain from what we've learned and can apply. Soon, a DVD set of the meetings and all will be available for those who weren't able to be there. You can also go to the THQ website and view the meetings if you'd like. I've even been known to refer to comments given on this blog.

We intend to fully review each and every constructive thought to honour God in our Army. These are exciting days. These are new days.

there is a desperate need to ensure that those who hold positions of power whether employees or officers are in one accord with the principal of connecting.... one of my colleagues said they were lucky and there corps was prospering because there was only one Salvation Army in their country town. The corps owned thrift shop, the corps managemed welfare program and the corps itself. All working together to be mission fields ... many of us are not so lucky and these entities are totally seperate and such places spiritual connections is totally absent and may as well be operated by any other company or organisation maybe smaller and effective is better than large corporations without Jesus.
